Thermal deformation Vicat, softening point temperature meter using
PLC programmable controller for temperature adjustment using
computer display operation. The product is simple to operate, easy
to use, stable performance, high precision of the product, and can
monitor the test temperature and deformation in real time during
the test process; the system automatically stops heating at the end
of the test, and can print the test report and test curve. The
series of models are required for self-inspection by quality
inspection units, colleges and universities and enterprises .

The machine is mainly used to determine the thermal deformation
temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber,
nylon and electrical insulation materials and the temperature of
the softening point of Vicat.
