Use:
1. this test equipment suitable for checking the electrical and
electronic products in the transportation, storage or use period
may suffer from vertical precipitation (from natural rainfall,
osmosis or condensate) the ability to remain intact.
2. This equipment is mainly used for electrical and electronic
products, lamps and lanterns, electric cabinets, electrical
components, automobile, motorcycle and its spare parts and other
products in the simulation of the rain climate condition, to the
products of physical, as well as other related performance testing,
testing, through the evaluation to determine whether the product's
performance can meet the requirements, so that for the design of
the product, the improvement, the identification and delivery
inspection to use.
3. IPX1 refers to prevent water invasion, vertical drop of water
droplets (such as condensate) for electrical and electronic
products won't cause harmful effects.
4. IPX1 vertical drop test is according to the sample normal
working position is put in to 1 r/min rotation on the sample,
sample top to drip mouth the distance of not more than 200 mm,
drops of water for 1-1.5 mm/min, Test duration: 10 min.
